In such circumstances, the trial Court is requested to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstance subsequent to the earlier order of rejection of the prayer for bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 299 of 2022 is dismissed.
