Mr. Raj Kumar Sain ...for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain averments and documents have been left out and, as such, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 1643 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. There will be no order as to costs.
