Again on 23.11.2021 the matter was listed but none appeared on behalf of the parties and in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today the counsel for respondent No. 3 had appeared but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It reveals from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 554 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
