1. The present petitioner has been filed for expeditious disposal of Baguihati P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015 dated 15.04.2015 arising out of G.R. Case No. 1338/2015 under Sections 498A/323/506 of Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24Parganas.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet was filed in 2015 and till date even the charge has not been framed.

3. Learned counsel submits that the appropriate directions may be issued for expeditious disposal.

4. The Court has considered the submission. The complainant has alleged fair and expeditious trial. The Court considers that no prejudice will be caused to either of the parties, if an appropriate direction is issued for expeditious disposal.

5. Taking into account the facts and circumstances, proceedings Baguihati P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015 dated

15.04.2015 arising out of G.R. Case No. 1338/2015 be conducted expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, CRR 366 of 2025 stands disposed of.
