1. The petitioner is aggrieved that she has not been given the family pension from April 1, 1981 till November 28, 2004.

2. The petitioner claims that she is entitled to family pension for the aforestated period, even though she has received family pension subsequent thereto.

3. Respondents no. 4 and 5 are directed to consider the representation dated October 24, 2025, upon obtaining necessary information from the Finance Department.

Such representation will be disposed of by March 30, 2026.

4. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
