Versus

The State of West Bengal and others Records reflect that the writ petition lastly appeared on 14th January, 2010. Since then more than 14 years have passed. The records of the writ petition further reflect that the petitioner was aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities. However, from records it reflects that the dispute was regarding the business being carried out and the investments made by the petitioner.

Having considered that more than 14 years have passed and the present petitioner is not pursuing the present writ petition, the merits of the case at this stage do not call for any interference by this Court.

Accordingly, WPA 602 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
