1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Stolen property i.e. Samsung Tab and a mobile phone were recovered from the petitioner. He has criminal antecedents.

3. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and involvement of the petitioner in the crime we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
