The contents of the first information report is corroborated, at least on the prima facie level by the statement made by the de facto complainant under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
