(Via Video Conference) Initially the matter was listed on 26.06.2009 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and accordingly it was directed to list the matter in the monthly list of August, 2009. The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and for the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It reveals from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 566 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
