The fundamental issue of this revisional application is in respect of prayer for expeditious disposal. On a careful perusal of the order as well as submission advanced before this Court, I find that learned Trial Judge is proceeding with the Matrimonial Suit as expeditiously as possible.

Therefore, I find no reason to pass any order directing the Trial Court to dispose of the Matrimonial suit expeditiously.

With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, Barasat.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
