Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the jurisdictional Court by order no.5 dated December 9, 2020. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing continuous threat from the opposite party no.2 subsequent to the opposite party no.2 being enlarged on bail. He seeks protection.

Considering the nature of allegations, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court in the event, the petitioner requires to do so.
