Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the evidence of the prosecution has been completed. Examination under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. of all the accused persons have been completed and dates were fixed for examination of defense witnesses. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly CRM (M) 256 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
