The learned advocate for the petitioner makes the prayer for consideration of his representation sent to the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Pension) of Howrah Regional Office dated 16.04.2019.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 submits that they have already sent all pension papers to the appropriate authority and they have nothing to do with this matter.

However, I direct the respondent no. 5 to consider the representation dated 16.04.2019 which is Annexure - P6 of the writ petition by February 2021.

Learned advocate for the provident fund authority wanted to place certain instructions before this Court. However, it may be used at the time of hearing. The concerned respondents will grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the respondent nos. 3 & 4.

Since no affidavit is called for, all allegations raised in the writ applications are deemed to have been not admitted.

The matter is disposed of.
