1. Petitioner complains that inspite of informing to the police authorities, no steps have been taken.

2. Petitioner's main contention is that she intends to return to her paternal home and is being resisted by the private respondent.

3. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

4. Report reflects that the respondent no. 4 has clearly stated that he has no objection if his sister i.e. the writ petitioner chooses to reside.

5. Having considered the submissions advanced in the writ petition if the petitioner is faced with inconvenience in case she intends to enter the paternal house she would inform the local police station which would render appropriate assistance.

6. With the aforesaid observation, WPA 1954 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Report submitted be kept with the record.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
