This matter appear for correction.

The Insurance Company was directed by the order of this Court dated 20.9.2023 to pay the balance amount of Rs.26,98,668/-. It appears that Insurance Company has deposited the some amount, amongst which the claimant has already received of amount of Rs.9,71,331.99/-. The balance amount kept with the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is Rs.9,81,874/-. So, the Insurance Company is directed to pay compensation along with the interest as directed earlier less the amount already received by the claimant and the amount kept balance in the office of the learned Registrar General.

Learned Registrar General is directed to disburse the amount in favour of the appellants equally. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
