The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are violating the order of injunction passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Uluberia in T. S. No. 41 of 2013.

The petitioners may seek enforcement of the order of injunction and complain of violation thereof before the Civil Court itself.

The Police have taken out proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C.

4.

This Court directs the Rajapur Police Station, HRD, Howrah Rural District to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court on them.

5.

The report of the Rajapur Police Station dated 24.04.2023 is taken on record.

6.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.
