Learned counsel appearing for the State hands up a document dated 22nd February, 2021 to submit that the writ petition may have become infructuous since the prayer in the writ petition for enhancing the remuneration of the petitioner has already been allowed by the State. The same may be taken on record.

WPA 960 of 2020 is, however, dismissed for default on the ground of the petitioner not being represented on multiple occasions.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

All connected applications are disposed of.
