It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners there is no progress in the matter since the last rejection of bail by this court.

We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing presence of the petitioners at the place of occurrence where the murder was committed. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
