Petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Mr. Kaushik Biswas ... for the State Mr. Sayan Roy ... for the opposite party When this bail application is taken up for hearing learned counsel representing the State on instruction submits that this bail application stood disposed of on 26th March, 2019 being CRM 616 of 2019. In connection with the Rule issued by the co-ordinate Bench it is also submitted that the said Rule was made absolute. The order dated 26th March, 2019 of the Coordinate Bench is placed before us from where it appears that both the bail application (CRM 616 of 2019) and connected Rule (CRR 309 of 2019) were disposed of by the said order dated 26th March, 2019.

In consideration of the said order dated 26th March, 2019 and in view of submission made on behalf of the State, it appears that both the application as well as the Rule issued by the Coordinate Bench stood disposed of by the order dated 26th March, 2019 and the Department is directed not to treat CRM 616 of 2019 and CRR 309 of 2019 as pending.

The order dated 26th March, 2019 is taken on record.
