... for the State 05.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.68 Rakib Petitioner complains that he is 74 years old and his wife is also 64 years old, who are being restrained by the private respondents from providing any food or medicines and the same is with an ulterior motive.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Civil Suit being Title Suit No. 265 of 2024 is pending.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes such contentions and submits that the respondents are also regularly staying over there in the property.

Be that as it may in case the petitioner suffers from scarcity of food or any medicine police

authorities would only restrict their powers to the extent that the availability of the same is not restrained by any of the private parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1961 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
