1. It is submitted that two different Solenamas have been duly filed before the Mediator and the copies whereof have been filed in Court today.

2. The parties have amicably settled all the disputes and differences in terms of such Solenamas in respect of the two properties, namely, P-83, C.I.T. Road (now known as Nani Gopal Roychowdhury Avenue), Kolkata - 700 014 and P-85/1, C.I.T. Road (now known as Nani Gopal Roychowdhury Avenue), Kolkata - 700 014.

3. The instant appeal shall stand disposed of based on the aforesaid two Solenamas.

4. In view of the aforesaid directions, the crossobjection filed by the added respondent no.2 being COT 67 of 2023 shall also stand disposed of.

5. The Registry of this Court shall keep the report of the medication along with the files of the appeal.

6. Liberty is, however, reserved to the parties to approach this Court for execution, if necessary.

7. Let a decree be drawn up in terms of the two Solenamas.

8. In view of the aforesaid, Title Suit No. 231 of 2022, now pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Sealdah, shall stand disposed of.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Registry of the Court of Sealdah.

Let a coloured certified copy of the judgment and decree be made available to the parties on the usual undertakings.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
