It is the grievance of the petitioner that he is a tenant in respect of premises No.2/16, Sir Gurudas Road, Ward No.-30 under Borough-III of Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The petitioner alleges that respondent no.10 along with respondent no.9, who is a thika tenant in respect of the said premises, is making a multi-storied building at the said premises without any permission from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

It appears that the petitioner has made a representation before Kolkata Municipal Corporation on February 26, 2022, but the same has not been considered.

In view of the aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon respondent no.6 - the Executive Engineer, Building Department, Borough-

III, Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of the representation dated February 26, 2022, in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 1808 of 2023 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
