The matter was again listed on 05.05.2009 and the petitioner seeks time but the matter was adjourned for six weeks. The matter was against listed on 23.11.2021 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner but for the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It reveals from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 595 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
