Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities for not considering the representation dated 17.12.2024. Learned advocate submits that he is unable to measure the property because of the resistance offered by the local hooligans.

Learned advocate for the State submit that the said properties are debuttor property and there are already existing structures.

So far as the nature of the accusation is concerned in the writ petition, I do not find any private party being included. Accordingly, I direct that if there is any infraction of law and order crisis, police authorities would take care of the same. However,

neither the police authorities nor this Court is in a position to dictate the terms of measurement which is the absolute domain of the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1959 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
