Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 150 days. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and submits that the injured named the petitioners as the persons who fired at the injured.

I find that the complicity of the present petitioners are overwhelming.

Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the petitioners having evaded the process of law for considerable

period of time, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 258 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
