Administrative notice was served upon the sole appellant through Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. From the report, it reveals that the sole appellant namely, Ghanashyam Mal has expired on January 4, 2015. The copy of death certificate issued by the concerned authority is also annexed with this report. As the sole appellant has died the instant appeal become infructuous as abated. The instant appeal is hereby disposed of as abated.
