1. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file a review petition before the Tribunal seeking review of the judgment dated 16.11.2023 passed in T.A.350/0001/2022.

2. Mr. Chakraborty, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent Union of India, has no objection.

3. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. With the dismissal of the petition, CAN 1 of 2024 is also disposed of.

4. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on merits and tenability of the said review petition.
