The petitioner has challenged the selection of the recruitment process of 2009 conducted by the DPSC, North 24-Parganas. She has filed the writ petition on 19th January, 2023.

The petitioner is, therefore, within the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal and Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal and Ors.).

She shall, therefore, be entitled to the benefit of appointment on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
