By the impugned order, the matter was fixed under the heading 'Motion' on September 11, 2023. In our view interest of justice would be served by requesting the learned Tribunal to endeavour and dispose of the matter within six weeks from September 11, 2023.

W.P.L.R.T. 15 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
