The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Haldia on 28th October, 2024 in connection with MP case no. 1250 of 2019.

The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur. Such liberty is granted.

If the petitioner takes appropriate steps before the learned Sessions Judge within a fortnight, the learned Judge shall deal with the application on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation.

On prayer of the petitioner, further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed before this Court upon furnishing photocopies thereof.

CRR 372 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
