The petitioner participated in the recruitment process for the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, North 24-Parganas in the year 2009. The petitioner challenged the said recruitment process on various grounds. The writ petition has been filed on 31st January, 2022.

The petitioner is, therefore, covered under the order dated 25th April, 2024 in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). He is also within the cut of date mentioned in the aforesaid order.

Hence, the petitioner shall be entitled to appointment on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid order. The documents of the petitioner shall be verified carefully by the Chairman, DPSC, North 24-Parganas. The petitioner

shall submit his documents by Monday and the respondents shall scrutinize the same and take steps in accordance with the order dated 25th April, 2024. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is allowed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
