The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No.203 of 2022, which is pending before the learned Judge, 4th Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta. It is submitted that the said Bench is vacant and the matter is pending before the learned Judge, 2nd Bench, who is in-Charge of the said court.

The Court appreciates the difficulty that may be faced by the learned Judge-in-Charge to take up the suit. However, as the suit is at the stage of peremptory hearing, the petitioner/plaintiff is granted liberty to pray before the learned Judge-in-Charge for expeditious disposal of the suit. If such prayer is made, the learned court shall make sincere endeavour to take up the matter.

A copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order be served upon the opposite party within a week.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
