The State of West Bengal and another In reference to the order dated 05.02.2024 the reference to the case number which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad should be read as "M.R. Case No.1284 of 2021" instead of the inadvertent case number being "Misc. Case No.1284 of 2021".

This may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 05.02.2024.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections in respect of the same.
