Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the earlier direction of this Court, the petitioners were directed to submit a report on the steps taken towards investigation. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet being No. 124 of 2018 dated 5th March, 2018 has been filed and subsequently provisions of the Prevention and Corruption Act has also been incorporated.
In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition. The petitioner may pursue any other remedies available in accordance with law.
Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
