The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Maheshtala Police Station in investigating into FIR no. 402 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022.

It is submitted that no attempts have been made by the police to recover the stolen articles. 3.

The Maheshtala Police Station has filed a report dated 18.05.2023, which is kept with the record.

It appears that investigation has been completed and charge sheet no. 180 of 2023 dated 09.05.2023 has been filed under Section 380 of the IPC.

Let a copy of report be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law, if he is not satisfied with the charge sheet.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
