3. The learned Registrar Judicial Service is to seek the case record along with the ordersheets of MAT Suit No. 73 of 2016 (R-137 of 2021) which had been disposed of by the Learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia prior to the next date fixed.

4. Let the matter be fixed on 14th May, 2026.

5. Copy of the order be sent to the office of the learned Registrar Judicial Service for immediate compliance.
