Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today by the Counsel for the petitioner be taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is withdrawing the instant writ application since some documents have not been filed and some necessary parties are not being impleaded as respondents. Hence, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, however, reserved to the petitioner to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action impleading right parties and producing further documents.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
