Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/applicants has submitted that the instant application has been filed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed for default on 29th January, 2024 prior to admission of the same. It is further submitted that on 29th January, 2024, clerk of the learned counsel had missed the list and/or failed to watch the same and that was the reason for nonrepresentation of the petitioners/applicants on call. 2.

The ground mentioned in the application is found satisfactory. Prayer for restoration of the revisional application is considered and allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 29th January, 2024 is recalled and the civil revision, being CO 225 of 2020, is restored to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
