Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks a new electricity connection for operating his submersible pump.

Learned counsel appearing for the WBSEDCL files a report of inspection held by the WBSEDCL which shows that an alternative passage has been found out by the WBSEDCL.

The 'No Objection Certificate' from only two persons are required to be given by the petitioner for such connection to be given, apart from complying with other formalities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that he is willing to produce the No objection Certificates of the said two persons.

Accordingly, WPA 1822 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to give electricity connection to the petitioner within six weeks from compliance of all

formalities by the petitioner, including furnishing No objection Certificate from Sri Jamahir Ghosh and Sri Sadhan Ghosh, the objectors.

A copy of the inspection report filed in court today be kept on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
