Mr. Dibyendu Chatterjee, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that on January 20, 2025 when the matter was called on he appeared on behalf of the petitioner virtually but due to technical glitch he was not visible to the Court, as a consequence the writ petition was dismissed for default to substantiate his said submission he produces the recording of the proceeding of this Court on the said date; wherefrom it appears that Mr. Chatterjee did appear when the matter was called on for hearing.

In view of such, the order dated January 29, 2025 is recalled.

WPA 1902 of 2025 is restored to its original file and number.

Place the matter in the combined monthly list of March 2025 under the heading 'Motion'.
