Petitioner has prayed for sanction of family pension being widowed daughter of a person who served in Indian Air Force as Corporal and retired on 1st September, 1978.

As the petitioner is seeking family pension being widowed daughter in connection with the service rendered by her father who was in Indian Air Force writ petition before this Court is not maintainable. 4.

Petitioner is required to approach Armed Forces Tribunal.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action.
