On behalf of Eastern Coalfields Limited (in short, ECL) a photocopy of a joining report dated 27th April, 2022 along with the appointment order and other documents have been made over to the Court, which are taken on record.

It appears from such document that the petitioner has been granted appointment letter on 26th April, 2022 and has joined the duties on 27th April, 2022. The petitioner accepts the correctness of the document submitted by ECL.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition. The same is disposed of without any further order.
