The affidavit of service as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner is taken on record.

None appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.2 despite service.

In course of hearing, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has filed a Memo dated 30.04.2026 as issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH), North 24-Parganas annexing therewith a copy of the reasoned order dated 30.04.2026 as passed by the selfsame authority whereby and whereunder the prayer of the writ petitioner was not considered favourably by the said authority. 4.

It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that the alleged contemnor no.2 made an inordinate delay in passing the reasoned order and further while passing the said reasoned order, due adherence to the order dated 12.06.2025 as passed by this court in WPA 23159 of 2012 was not given. 5.

On careful perusal of the entire materials placed before this court, this Court is of the considered view that by passing the reasoned order dated 30.04.2026 substantial compliance has been made by the alleged contemnor no.2 and with that observation the instant contempt application is disposed of.

Before parting it is however, made clear that in the event the writ petitioner is still aggrieved with the reasoned order dated 30.04.2026 as passed by the CMOH, North 24Parganas, she is at liberty to ventilate her grievances in an appropriate forum, if so advised.
