Report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge Nabadwip Police Station Krishnagar Police District dated 27.03.2023 through the office of the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) stating that the appellant No.1 i.e. Basudeb Ghosh has expired on 18.02.2013 and appellant No. 2 i.e. Chandu Ghosh has expired on 24.10.2019.

In the above circumstances, the instant criminal appeal stands abated.

Accordingly, the instant appeal being CRA 32 of 2004 is disposed of.
