Report dated 14.08.2023 submitted by Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept on record. The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the further continuance of Raniganj Police Station Case No. 617 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 under Sections 493/313/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code wherein charge-sheet was submitted under Sections 493/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently there has been a compromise between the parties.

Having regard to the nature of disputes so involved and the declaration so furnished before the investigating officer of the case that she is not willing to proceed with the case any further, the further continuance of the proceedings as such which relate to the charge-sheet submitted before the jurisdictional court becomes redundant. Accordingly, all further proceedings including the charge-sheet filed in

connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No. 617 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 are hereby quashed.

The revisional application being CRR 243 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is, thus, allowed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
