Mr. Sudip Sarkar ... For the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, for early disposal of the Title Suit, being No.463 of 2017.

From the record, it appears that the Title Suit is pending since 2017 on different grounds, including the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Considering all facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No.463 of 2017, as expeditious as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the title suit, save and except extreme urgency.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 264 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
