Kutubiddin ... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner and co-accuseds in the gang rape. Victim was minor. Keeping in mind gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
