Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners have produced photographs in support of the submission that the unauthorized portion has already been demolished.

The engineers of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation will be at liberty to inspect the subject structure to ascertain as to whether the demolition has indeed been conducted or not and whether any further demolition is required to be carried out.

In the event there is any further unauthorized portion which is required to be demolished, the same shall be intimated to the petitioners.

The petitioners shall be obliged to act in accordance with the direction passed by the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
