1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioners with the crime. Trial has considerably progressed. 13 out of 18 witnesses have been examined. Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and the matured stage of trial, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
