First, the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner was wrongly recorded as "Mrs. Lisha Maiti". It should actually be "Mrs. Usha Maiti". Secondly, at the 13th line of page 2 of the order, after the expression "dated 11.06.2024", the following expression was missed and therefore, shall be added - "and subsequent applications". The above referred inadvertent typographical errors are hereby corrected and the order dated 05.02.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
